In preparation for our own P90X adventure & with the help of my bro Aaron, I found a pull-up bar for Mike's birthday. Woo-hoo...such exciting news...I know...but he's been using it!! I tell everyone that although he has no weight to lose (he wants to gain) he's just trying to get his 6 pack back to an 8 pack ;P
