These past few days we have been in Utah, having lots of fun and eating a TON!!
We left Friday afternoon, and drove through, arriving around 1 a.m.
Saturday was filled with swimming, shopping, & then a BBQ. Michael's sister and her family also hung out with us as well.

Here we are at a Shade parking lot sale. Below, we ate a favorite
restaurant of Julia & Tim's.

Sunday we were able to have lunch and attend church at the
MTC!! Tim's father is a Branch President over several Spanish districts there. It was great to be able to go on campus and see all of the missionaries. As we drove onto the
MTC grounds, we explained to the girls, "This is where missionaries come to learn how to teach the gospel and BE
missionaries."
Mikenna turned to me, pointed to herself, and asked, "Me too mom?" I answered, "Yes, someday if you would like." She clasped her hands together and said and in soft voice, "Yeah!" While eating lunch, the girls kept saying, "There's more of them!! Where are they coming from? Where do they live?" There were a lot of missionaries, and since they came in waves into the cafeteria it made it seem like even more Elders & Sisters!! Since the branch Bro.
Nuttall is over is learning Spanish,
Sacrament meeting was held mostly in Spanish! I could understand some of it....they were talking about home, compassion, perfection in Christ, etc. etc....but there was one word that I couldn't figure out "
caridad", but Michael figured out that Charity was the main topic. And then when they shared their testimonies, that was much more simple. Testimonies are and should be just that, simple!

Later that afternoon, we celebrated Julia's birthday and had yummy
chinese food that my mom cooked!! Justin, his fiance Jessica, and Alisha also came over. The girls LOVED playing with them (as usual!) Jessica joined in on all of the fun, giving piggy back rides/races and danced the hokey
pokey with the girls. I think Tim liked his "break".
