I bought a pair of tennis rackets, then found a few more in storage...and the girls have enjoyed trying to play. 
They are beginning to gain some control over their rackets & balls. They do spend a lot of time running after balls over the fence, house, street and neighbors yards.In these pics the have James throwing the balls to them, then he tries to catch them.
We'll have to buy more tennis balls before I try them at the park courts.

What a good idea! Im pretty sure my parents have rackets that have been just sitting for years. I will have to see if I can dig them out.
