We headed over to our friends the Harris' They were nice enough to let us stay with them. They have a HUGE garden that Kaylee loved being in...she spent quite a bit of time outside with Cedar picking peas...the girls also spent time jumping on their trampoline...chasing after some cats and an odd looking neighbor dog, playing in Karla's cool organized toy room, watching movies, etc. etc.

We spent Saturday at the Snake River Roaring Youth Jam. They had lots of booths set up for the kids to explore and play...face painting, card making, object thumping, bubbles...

When we first pulled up, you could see Justin's red truck from the "main" road...I remembered that Karla had told me something or another about the truck, and that Justin was working on getting it fixed up. Mike muttered something like, "SWEET I even brought my dirty work clothes!!" So, he spent some time helping out and loved every minute of it.
We also went to a movie, Horton Hears a Who...which I almost didn't fall asleep in...We loved spending time with the Harris' and are extremely glad they moved to Idaho Falls...We learned to play Ticket to Ride-very fun game...I tried out Karla's slick elliptical...loved flipping through her scrapbooks...and of course just chatting with her!!THANKS Karla & Justin!! Until next year!!

How fun! Sometime when friends move it feels like things will never be the same. It's good to know that friendship isn't a matter of proximity.
