WAY TO GO GIRLS!!

As with summers past, once summer commenced we would sign up for the library summer reading program. Our library also has a book mark and story contest based on the summer theme that kids can enter...Well, the girls were all gungho to enter...so each colored a book mark...and Kaylee spent a few weeks working on her story.

Today I got a call from the Kennewick Branch, explaining that each branch chooses their top submissions to be compared to other branches for the grand prize...and that Kaylee's story had been selected, as well as a book mark made by Kaylee and another made by Kiera had been selected!!

So, they each got "small" prizes that we picked up!! WAY TO GO!!
