On Saturday, after Michael helped Justin screw in a few more bolts, we headed over to a park near the airport. There was a nice sized piece of playground equipment that the kids ran immediately for.Uncle Hal & Aunt Rhonna were already there, with a few of their kids...they were in charge of lunch...a yummy dutch oven meal of red potatoes and sausage. Uncle Kent & Aunt Nancy soon joined us with their two, then Great Grandpa & Great Grandma Wells, a brother and sister (and their spouses) of Great Grandpa's were also there. Then the rest of the Gale clan arrived. The other siblings decided that they needed to put in a yard full of sprinklers instead of socializing with us...we were sad to not see them.
Chris announced to a select few that he was engaged to Melissa.

We sat around, ate yummy food...and just chatted while the kiddos ran free all over! They loved the slides and found a fun tree to camp out under. We had a frisbee that the girls tried tossing around. Even Mikenna gave it a good throw. Glenna had a few games for them to play.
I put together a fun family tree to help everyone become familiarized with each other. (Got the idea from Uncle Ted in Seattle.) Too bad not everyone could make it.
After the reunion the Gale family headed over to Corinne's home, where we did some more hanging out as Michael, Chris & David gave the kiddos rides on Spencer's motorcycle.
It was great to see everyone...too bad we don't live closer to one another.
