I believe that's what it is called. My parents and Aunt and Uncle have been going down to the river on a regular basis to gather this vegetable.
This is the last "harvest" they came back with.
They are even drying some so they can have it in the winter months.
My sister Julia LOVES this veggie...
Mikenna enjoys it as well.

Oooohhh... I WISH you could send all of that to me!!! It's SO EXPENSIVE in the grocery store!!!
